Basic First Aid
To provide training to who intend to fulfill a position of Occupational First Aider within the workplace. The Basic First aider complements an organizations’ Occupational First Aider Team.
Paediatric First Aid
This course is designed to provide training in First Aid for infants and children. This course will provide successful candidates with a basic knowledge of First Aid for infants and children.
Occupational First Aid
This is a comprehensive 3 day FETAC level 5 certification course which covers all the essential aspects of the occupational first aid as outlined in module D20188 and was introduced on 1 September 2008.
Occupational First Aid Refresher
This 1 day Refresher Course covers a comprehensive range of topics to prepare the qualified Occupational First Aider to administer emergency care in the workplace.
VDU/DSE Assessments
Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations, which came into force on 1st November 2007, Employers are obliged to carryout Visual Display Units (VDU) risk assessment on all work stations where an employee uses a computer for one or more continuous hours per day or where the use of a computer forms a significant part of their work.
